Note: Anytime you are on an interview never despise anyone there or show an arrogant face.

  • One - on - one Interview: Done in an Office
  • Serial Or Structure interview: Random question asked. It might be fanny but you must be focused so you won't move the opportunity
  • Candidate group interview: It requires a group discussion habit or eating habit.
  • Unstructured interview: (Behavioral interview) Emotional Intelligence is very important

1. Can we meet you / tell us about yourself?

Answer: Talk About the best part of your life 

2. Why are you interested in this job? And why should we hire you?

Answer: Talk about the best part of you, about what people knows you for and don't lie.

Note: Take a biro and writing material to jot every single thing you gain during the interview 

3. What is your greatest strength / weakness?

Answer: tell the something you are already overcoming (weakness) be careful on how give your answer.

4. What skill do you think are required for this role?

Answer: normal skill and your dream for the future

5.  Where do you see your self in the next 5years? 

Answer: your dreams and your wants 

Note: When you talk about your weakness, you must tell them you are trying to do to overcome it.

Ask Intelligent Question during the interview eg (during this Nigeria economy crisis how does it work for them) etc.
