In a tragic incident, Philip Fiama, a shuttle bus driver residing in Alagbole, Ajuwon, was fatally stabbed by his co-tenant, Ikem Emmanuel. The shocking incident took place on Sunday evening, around 8pm. According to reports, Fiama confronted Emmanuel about the alleged affair with his wife, which escalated into a heated argument and eventually turned physical. In a devastating turn of events, Emmanuel stabbed Fiama in the chest, leading to his untimely demise. Despite efforts to save him, Fiama was pronounced dead at Tamara Hospital. Meanwhile, the main suspect managed to flee to an undisclosed location, leaving behind a trail of grief and unanswered questions.

“The incident happened on Sunday, January 7. A landlord from Sobande Close, Alagbole, Ajuwon, at around 8pm on that day, came to report that one Philip Fiama, a tenant, accused Ikem Emmanuel, another tenant, of having sexual intercourse with his wife.
“This was reported to have led to a fight when Ikem Emmanuel stabbed Fiama in the chest. “The deceased was said to have been confirmed dead in one Tamara Hospital.
“The suspect has escaped to an unknown destination, and the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Ogun State Police Command headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, for discreet investigation. The police are also on the trail of the fleeing suspect.”
